My son who was diagnosed with ADHD loves to add this to his morning routine. It helps him calm down a little before school. He loved the flavor!

It tastes very good but if you put too much it's to sweet and if you don't add enough it tastes sour, another thing that makes it a bit unreasonable is that it is a bit expensive.

A little on the tart side
I am cautiously optimistic about this supplement. My grandson is quite particular about how things taste and these are rather tart. I am really hoping he will choose to continue using them.
