These fit very comfortably, the fabric is very stretchy and strong definitely a must buy for my pregnant girlies . Fabric is light weight and breathable, I did one wash cycle on them and they held up really good so far . Get them really great product.
Very comfortable underwear for a growing pregnant belly. These are soft and very stretchy. I switched over to these for some stomach support. Only downfall is some of the pairs I bought fell apart after a couple of washes in the elasticity portion in the top and leg holes. I purchased numerous sets of these and I still have been wearing them postpartum
I guess I didn’t see the product description but I was disappointed to find out these are not cotton. They fit well, seem to hold their place and support the belly somewhat nicely but not at all breathable. I have noticed it’s a bit warm under them. Probably not for long days or distances. Still searching for the perfect over the belly cotton maternity undies.
I'm a fat person with a big belly these come as close as they can to a good fit. Just a fair fit! 1st I ordered a 3x, too big for my 220 lbs, so I reordered the large - x large they are better. They are a bit too stretchy for me. I would prefer cotton underwear.
A friend recommended that I get maternity underwear for my hysterectomy, and to get a size up. I'm 5'6" and 125lbs and normally wear a medium in everything, so I got these in L/XL, thinking they would be roomy. They fit me as tight as underwear should with no extra room, but thankfully the waistband sits well above my incisions. If you're getting these for everyday wear, note that they are on the snug side. They're very soft and the colors are cute.
Best thing under dresses while in 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Since they are high even in the back feels awkward with maternity pants and shorts. Also the crotch isn't cotton so that may be an issue as it gets hot out and your lady bits need to breathe more.
I was super excited to get these because my regular high-waisted underwear have been making my B belly more noticeable during this pregnancy and I've been self conscious about it. You would think when you order a 2x/3x size, that they would be closer to your normal 2x/3x pregnancy size PLUS room to grow for your belly, given that they are for maternity, but that's not the case. These are actually a little more tight than my regular, standard high-waisted underwear. If you are not plus size or 2x/3x to begin with, they should work fine for you. But if you normally are already in 2x/3x, these will be snug and kind of uncomfortable on your pregnant belly. For reference, I'm 5'5, 294 lb, and in underwear, I typically wear a size 10 in underwear and a 2x in leggings, and the band of these underwear is snug on my belly, especially when I sit down. If they ran slightly a little bigger, that would be perfect. Don't think I'm going to get a lot of use out of these like I originally thought unfortunately.
I really wanted to LOVE these, and initially they were great. Fits great, feels good… I also want to preface that I have never been super passionate about wearing natural fibers only, however because these are nylon and spandex, they start to accumulate your bodily smells over months of use that will not come out by just running through the wash. I can only get the smells out now if I soak in vinegar before wash and tbh that is just too extra rn as a pregnant woman to have to worry about… I have maternity leggings made from the same materials and have never experienced this same issue with those…
I would recommend this item but, make sure you size UP! I thought the L/XL would be a safe bet because many clothing items in a size L are still comfortable on me even though I am nearly nine months pregnant. The stretch over the entire panty is great, except around the leg opening and the top band. Those two places are so tight, they are uncomfortable and leaving marks on my skin after only being worn for a short period of time.
I was hoping to buy these in prep for my baby bump coming in a few months. Thought I'd test them now and I'm glad I did so I could return them. The large were very thin fabric and too tight even though I still fit a medium in most brands. I found Destination Maternity on clearance and they're a great fit. Just wish Walmart sold them at a reasonable price.
