The material is on another level i've already washed Them, and there's no build up of lint or anything of that sort. It is very soft and warm. They are a bit wide, but if you like the extra air, then their perfect.

In comparison to regular size women's wear, I would say this runs on the larger side of XL. A bit see through, so it is better for pajamas. It is cute with the ruched sides.
