Joystar 20 Inch Kids Bike with Training Wheels

The bike itself looked like it was ok but to small for my granddaughter and had a rear flat tire- need to return for a bigger size. The biggest problem was the delivery it was like they just dropped it on the front porch. It was raining and it was at the very opening of the porch so not only did the box have holes in it but it got rained on and where it says this side down, it was not on the side of the box where it was supposed to be facing downward. It was laying flat on my porch.- I had to pick it up and run it into the garage out of the rain disappointed For $200 with the delivery!

this is perfect for my 10-year-old daughter who has autism. it's just the right size and it comes with the training wheels, and the training wheels can handle somebody at the age that now he is. it looks really nice and was easy to put together. we love the bike

box arrived damaged, it will given to my daughter Christmas Eve, so as far as assembly won't know until then

Nice bike but I thought a little pricey. Grandson liked the cool color. Only 16 in bike I could find with training wheels.

The overall bike is awesome but the front brake is giving us some issues not sure if its new and needs to be used some to work out how stiff it is or will have to end up replacing. The bike looks good got a lot of compliments.

This is the second joy star I had to return due to the difficulty to pedal for my kids.

I paid extra for bike to be put together. It arrived at my hom un assembled. Very disappointed and out of $50

the chain keeps popping off

First of all the box it came in was all messed up. The bike itself came in many pieces with poorly written instructions. After putting it together the handle bar and front wheel of thew bike were completely misaligned. Now I have to figure out what to do; return it or bring it a repair shop and see what they can do. Next time, I'll be going to a bike shop to buy a bike that's completely assembled and has no issues. Awful experience.
