its awkward and if itz just i. picture mode its fine but when recording its slow and doesn't follow very well. can be unplugged by anyone very easily by burglar ore thief. when in record mode it doesn't keep up with motion very well. infrared isnt very good either and you cannot communicate with the people out through it. would not recommend doesn't work very well is cheap.

Received 2 Cameras quickly and wanted to place it on the garage monitoring my entrance around as recently there has been random damage and traffic going on . Setting up the camera was simple and connections was quick. I had it up and installed within a half hour and it's working great. Thanks

Cameras don't work properly. Sometimes the bottom camera goes black and you have to go through the steps to reset it to get it to work again properly. The blackout is random with no problems with the power or internet service. Would not recommend or purchase again.

picture is good its a little slow on motion detection and snapping a pic. the first two days were great then it went offline i had to unplug it for 30 seconds and reinstall it. on the fourth day it popped up on my phone that the sim card was full i don't even have a sim card in it . i spent 20 minutes trying to get that off. and today's i had a black screen. what a joke and they think im going to pay the 79.00 a month for this junk.

Unless you pay for the subscription, you get no stored video, just pictures, even though you have local storage with a micro sd card. The light function is not useful as the light is way to weak. So I wouldn't recommend it, unless you don't care about those features.
