Works for me not much stiffness any more .
this product works for me, had to use it a few times because the pain got really bad at times / tried other products, not so good for me. finally got this and very happy with it. still get stiffness but need to use it a little more at times to get the pain to loosen up and stiffness also .

Cooling relief
Drys quickly, cooling sensation starts immediately and lasts for quite a while to help relieve muscle pain.

Cool feet.
I have used this before and really liked it. I am not a diabetic but my feet get hot so I cant sleep. I use this and it works great to cool them and no smell.
