J.R.Liggett's Old-Fashioned Moisturizing Formula Bar Shampoo, 3.5 Oz

This shampoo bar works really well. My hair actually sqeaked when I was rinsing it out. After drying my hair, it looked and felt much thicker. The ingredients are awesome. I love that this product doesn't contain all of the chemicals you find in bottled shampoos. It's also great to not have the added waste of plastic bottles in the trash. The only negative I have is that it makes my hair feel extremely dry. The ends of my hair felt like straw. I bought the moisturizing bar, so I was surprised at how dry my hair was after using it. I would highly recommend pairing this with a good conditioner. Your hair will need it, especially if it's long like mine.

If the pkg said unscented, then i missed it. I wish it had a nice clean scent to match the great job it does cleaning without drying out!

Did not need a conditioner I have coarse thick wavy hair better the next day for me. Soft bouncy. Next time I will buy a scented one Need to make one that smells great in moisturizing bar.

I think this soap is amazing, No plastic and I love the way it makes my hair feel, no plastic.

I was quite dubious that a bar shampoo would work for me. As I age my hair gets more frizzy, but I wanted a shampoo with natural ingredients. The bar is small but lasts. It lathers nicely and rinses out well. I still need to use conditioner, but my hair and scalp like the natural oils in this old fashioned product. My hair has extra volume with it and I enjoy it's "soapy" scent. I plan on taking it with me when I travel, as well.

this leaves your hair very clean, -practically squeaky clean. you will need a conditioner or a balm on your hair after shampooing or you won't be able to get a comb thru your hair, that is if it's long like mine is. I'm caucasian with fine curly hair, and it works quite well.

I've used this for a few years now, and really appreciate it. Over the years, my hair has gone from oily to dry, and this moisturizing shampoo really helps it look healthy. I wear a beard, and also wash my face with it and it helps ad moisture to my skin, too. It's a great product and lasts for months!
