J.T.M. Beef Philly Cheese Steak Kit, 36 oz (Frozen)

I'm originally from back east coming to California in the 80's. One of my favorite foods from "home" were hoagies. So imagine my surprise when I found this hoagie kit to make my own! It's not home, but it's close. If you like hoagies or never tried one I recommend this kit.

I love these steak kits.It doesn't look like it when you open the bag.But when you start making it and you take a bite.its really delicious.All of my family just love them.We hope someday they might come back a little cheaper.But I still buy them. Awesome!

I was skeptical of how the JTL Beef Philly Cheese Steak would taste. All the ingredients in one bag and kept frozen, even the rolls. But my husband and I were shocked at how great they tasted! You would have never guessed that everything was kept in the freezer. I like that everything you need comes in one single bag, and the price is very reasonable considering you get a total of 4 philly sandwiches. They are beyond easy to make and they don't take long at all to cook. I like to add a bit a season salt and fresh mushrooms to mine. I make sure that I always have a kit in the freezer so Im always prepared if I need a quick meal, whether its lunch or dinner. Not only do they taste good but they a filling as well.

I used to buy everything separate to make homemade, but this is a game changer! The kit has everything you need to build a delicious cheese steak. Only thing I like to add is mushrooms. The bread is amazing and authentic tasting as well. Happy to have stumbled across this kit when steak ums were out of stock. You can't buy a single sandwich of any kind for $4 bucks today so this is a deal.

I am so glad my store started carrying this item. I make it maybe twice a month depending on how busy of a week I'm having. Everything you need is included in the kit. The bread gets put in the oven and it bakes so beautifully. Oh my gosh, I love the bread. Very delicious and I hope Walmart continues to carry this item.

I was looking for a good stand-by that I could prepare for my family after a long day at work. This product met my needs and was a delight for my family. It has everything you need to make a delicious meal. Air fry some Tots and they are full! Beats take out subs hands down. Only 6 minutes from start to finish. Try it!!!

Overall it was good. I didn't care for the rolls. They should be more like the consistency of a real sub roll. It was too doughy. It is better if you add some bell peppers to it for flavor. Without the peppers it is too bland, in my opinion. Good in a pinch. Also, it doesn't pay to cook only one as the rolls needti be baked. i was making it for one person and instead i had to make all 4 i wrapped then in parchment paper and froze the others.

This is a great meal kit if you don't want to buy all the separate things for philly cheese steaks.... but know that you won't be getting a great tasting sandwich. Add your own seasonings and toppings to add some flavor, because it tastes rather bland.

Like that cheese, onion, bread is included...however, the bread gets very hard %26 is difficult to open. The meat was good quality, but lacked seasoning. The Great Value frozen Philly Steak option has better flavor - although doesn't come with any cheese, onion, etc
