Love it!!! It's fast, and i weigh 250 pounds . Just the back fender got a little bit of damage, but i fixed it. . UPS didn't handle it with caution, i guess. Definitely, i will buy another one in the future.

the Juexing is a company from China making E-Scooters since 2004, delivered in two days tracking delivery was real, if i may add info for the seat my model didnt need all the hard wear to attach the seat removed the bolt took out the cirular two inch metal tube to harness the seat i did need the metal brakets that the bolt went through put them back in place so the bolt needs them , theres a black five inch lever attached to the pole on the top it needs to be pushed downto clip onto the pin, then the seat fits that lever should be faceing toward the front of the scooter , the brakets and bolt to tighten the seat in place is all you need you wont need the metal tube like hardwear take it off, push the bolt back through with the brakets side it over the five inch lever to fasten it in place, it dose not have a manual, i think it should to explain the the details more clearly, thier very clear on charging the battery, so read that its very important to know when and where and why to follow these directions or it could cause fires , charge out side in a garage, or park or charging station, the charger as a open vent fan it needs to pull in air to keep the elements cool, charging only took seven hours, it came with tools you dont need except to attach the lights the throttle control remove the lock bolts attach and put the bolt and lock nut tighten with the L in wretch, Thanks ,Juexing Company ,

Scooter is very well built and very quick the advertising is a little misleading I thought it would have features that are not included with this model the video is not for the same one but am still happy with it the directions are a little vague however it is well made and is seriously fun has a long run time rode it for 3 hours and still had half battery power left I’m a big guy and am at the upper weight limit but it has no problem zipping along love the lights very bright and safe the horn is perfect for alerting people they are about to be passed I would recommend this electric transport to friends and family for sure two thumbs up! I would like to add it has tremendous range I have been all over town with it and have even gone way out in the country no problem also handle bars are sturdy and love the adjustable height brakes work good!

the scooter actually performs a little better than I expected I will say helps to have some previous experience with scooters it doesn't use a Twist handle for power it has a index finger ring you push down and the instructions are kind of vague But you figure everything out

I HAVE WATCHED VIDEOS AND SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIND INSTRUCTIONS. THE MANUAL IT COMES WITH IS SURREAL AND BIZARRE. THE SEAT IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE FOR THIS POST AND APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO GET A USB-USB CORD TO TURN ON THE SPEEDOMETER? THIS HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE

DEFINITELY A BIG NO! THE MANUFACTURERS ARE TERRIBLE. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR SCOOTER THEN YOU ARE COMPLETELY BY YOURSELF. THEY WON'T HELP YOU AND WOULD START GHOSTING YOU IF ITS A MAJOR ISSUE. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A STORE IN US. THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMPANIES FROM WHOM YOU CAN BUY A BETTER SCOOTER. -1000/10

The seat came torn and no instructions for putting together along with it did not work

The scooter say it’s going 40 mph but in reality if you keep a gps phone tracker the max speed is only 23-24

Lasted 2 weeks then got wet and when I tried to return it that took it and kept the money
