The IMORTOR 3.0 is everything I expected. It arrived early, installed in minutes, goes plenty fast enough, battery goes further than expected, throttle and PAS work great and I'm a happy camper!

I cannot recommend the iMortor 3.0 enough for daily commuting. Installing the conversion kit was a breeze, thanks to the detailed instructions and the included installation tool. The USB charging port has been a lifesaver, allowing me to conveniently charge the battery at my office desk. The five-speed modes provide flexibility for varying traffic conditions, and the assistance mode ensures a smooth and effortless ride, particularly during stop-and-go traffic or when tackling inclines. It's very obvious that all the 5 star reviews are fake, as they all sound the same, and all refer to "the kit", or "equipment" No one talks like that. It is not an Imortor brand, and will not connect to the app. But it does work great! After the first ride, three of the spokes came loose and had to be retightened. it gets up to around 19 mph, and battery lasts about 18 to 20 miles. The pedal assist is actually cruise control. It is really a fun ride.

The wheel was ok and delivery was ok but the wheel did not fit my bike so when i tried to return it i was told to contact Juexing and am still trying to get a answer on how to do that. I have tried 5 or 6 times Walmart can you help?
