Couldn't install the drawer under the table because the rails for it were broke and nowhere to get them. Wrong legs came with it and had to figure come up with a way to install those. Came with no manuals and I found out after emailing the company, not one Juki comes with a manual. They want you to watch videos on youtube to assemble everything. Problem there is they're putting together a table which you probably don't have. There are parts for the sewing machine that need to be installed along with oil which does come with the machine, but nothing online or on youtube tells you about the parts. Getting hold of the company is a waste of time too. You let them know what you have missing or broken, then you never hear from them. Good luck getting parts or broken components. It's a good machine for doing heavy work like comforters, quilts, leather work, jeans, jackets and even blankets for my horses a regular sewing machine can't do, even if it says it's heavy duty but actually isn't, but this machine is pricy and get good thread. Most the thread in someplace like Walmart which you'd use in a regular machine, probably won't hold up in this machine.
