Juki DDL-8700 Lockstitch Industrial Sewing Machine with Ergonomic Chair

SELLER WAS EASY TO COMMUNICATE. THE TABLE WAS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY BUT THEY HAVE SEND THE NEW ONE IN FEW DAYS.

I've been looking for an industrial Juki for some time now. Used ones are going for more in my area. I was surprised at the price and the fast shipping. I had to assemble it myself but the seller provided QR codes to step by step videos that made assembly a breeze. I did have an issue with the belt that came with the machine. My local sew and vac store showed me how to measure for the appropriate sized belt. I contacted the seller and received stellar customer service. I'm excited for all my future projects.

Is excellent machine I am recommend works perfectly fine

I put it together all by myself with u tube. it needs better instruction. I love it .

one of the part is broken on deliver I tried to contact the seller to get the replacement part but receive no response the wooden part is really brittle

I didn't get my chair with it,I also call and they say they was gonna send me the chair and I still didn't get it yet.

The package with the table was very beat up and wrapped in plastic. The pieces/parts were loose in the box. This makes me feel it was a return. Not happy with that since I paid full price! And whoever returned it must have kept the chair because I didn't receive that part of poo my purchase. The table top has damage in two spots but not bad enough to return. The Juki was well packaged in its own box. Will review the Juki once I've used it.

i dislike the shipment. they send it in three packages in different days. which made delay to my project. they never send me the chair instead they gave me refund . i purchased from here because i wanted a complete set. i had to buy the chair separately which cost me more than refund. very disappointed. otherwise machine itself is verygood and those stars are just for machine not for customer service.

Well I didn't get table and chair which I ordered with machine Without table I can't assemble the machine So let see when I get them and will send you again my positive feedback But right now I have nothing to say about

I'm having problems getting help to fix the problem I have with the table of the machine It's not even and I been call some many time and the always says to wait 48 hrs and someone with getting in. Touch.
