Juki DU-1181N Walking foot Industrial Sewing Machine with Table and Clutch Motor (Table Comes Assembled)

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this through Walmart however, after doing some research on the seller, I was willing to take the risk. Glad I did, fast shipping and great customer service. As for the Juki DU 1181N, wow, what a great machine,. Could not be happier with my purchase.

It's powerful and great stitches. Setup was difficult as the videos show a different table and motor than came with the machine but once done it's fantastic. It doesn't replace a domestic machine as you use size up to 12 needle and this would be at least 14 to 22.

i didn't like that it came unassembled when it said the table would be assembled. it arrived damaged but they did send a new one. do not order from this company.

I am so glad I got this machine! When they say tools make the difference... this machine proves it... it sews like butter! I love it.

I was a little Leary about buying this machine because of a few negative reviews. This is the first time I have attempted to set up an industrial sewing machine, and found it challenging, but do able. There were no directions included, however, there were several videos on YouTube that provided enough information to lead me to a successful set-up. All the parts were included, I didn't have to run down to the hardware store for missing parts and/or screws. I believe the most helpful video was the Philippine Juki technician. He showed step by step how to attach the servo motor. I must have assembled it correctly because I am sewing with success.

It's a very nice machine

Machine came with no manual or instructions to assemble it. The machine requires oil to run and no oil was included and no disclaimer that it wasn't included. Called customer service and waited on hold for 45 minutes then left a number for a return call that never came. Attempted to contact the seller listed on order and website is expired and no other contact information.

I would NOT recommend Sewing Machine Outlet! I am a Walmart member. I order the sewing machine. Walmart processed the order. I received a tracking number. it showed on my credit card; AND THEN . . . . I got a call from the distributor, Sewing Machine Outlet, explaining they would not be processing the order, that it was undeliverable for free even though it was promoted as free shipping. They refused to ship if for free but they would process the order IF I wanted to pay for the shipping.

SELLER: EZ SEWING %26 CRAFTS IS A SCAM. SELLER SHIPS THE LIGHT AND TELLS YOU THE MACHINE IS DELAYED. AND THE ORDER UPDATES AS “ARRIVED” ON WALMART. Walmart's customer service was prompt, polite and issued me a refund. I requested they block the seller from their platform, but just in case it's not done or takes awhile, here's your warning. DO NOT BUY FROM EZ SEWING %26 CRAFTS!!! SCAM!!
