Juki HZL-F300 Exceed Series - Sewing & Quilting Machine

I was a little weary about making this purchase and now that I received the machine, I love it. It makes sewing projects so easy and the added features are wonderful to use. I also love how organized everything is and the owners manual is very easy to follow and had large print.

This is the best machine for the amount that it cost. The last Juki quilting machine I bought cost more but wasn't as good a machine.

In February on the 4th, 2023, I purchased the Juki HZL-F300 quilting machine for $633.88 from Walmart online in Greensburg, Pa., for my sister and after a month of use the machine began giving her problems with the bobbin case. In her own words she said: “You can be sewing along just fine then all of a sudden you'll hear a clank and the bobbin totally turns in the bobbin case, and causes a major jam that sometimes breaks the needle and breaks the bobbin case it's self”. She replaced the bobbin case twice already because it got damaged and they are over $75.00 each. She is very frustrated because she has several quilt orders and was hoping this machine would make the job easier. I wanted to start a return for a refund because this was a gift to my sister and it is not performing right. Walmart Customer Care Service turned us over to the seller instead which was World Weidner and they will not refund because they do not refund after 30 days. My sister called World Weidner to talk to their technician but there was no one there to assist her. This Juki F300 sewing machine was purchased for her small home business. She is backed up with her orders and cannot afford to go without a machine. It is already causing her loss of income. She is now left with a new Juki HZL-F300 sewing machine that is no good to her.
