Juki W654UL Thread Serger Sewing Machine with Differential Feed

I knew that threading a serger would be rough. What I didn't know was that the thread caps that came with it, when put on exactly how the manual and manufacturer video shows, would get stuck so tight they would not come off. Like the place for the spools is made of plastic and it was gonna break before the spool caps would spin or budge. My tension was trash and I clearly needed to start from scratch and rethread but got derailed trying to remove spool caps. I'm gonna assume that someone in the plastic parts factory put the wrong plastic in the hopper for this batch of caps because I can't find anywhere on the Internet where anyone has ever had this issue. On the plus side I fixed my tension. I'm gonna love this thing.
