Perfect size for my kids small hands. I got these for my 4 year old to practice coloring with. They are thicker so not as easy to break. Jumbo crayons are always a staple for learning toddler hands. These are the basic normal colors in the small crayola boxes so nothing fancy which was perfect and not overwhelming for my learning kids mind. Just right to get a simple project done with no fuss but lots of smiles.
Crayons are perfect for toddlers little hands. They can get a good grip on these and they're not as breakable as the small crayons.. my two-year-old granddaughter would break one small crayon after another. These are much firmer and easier to use. I highly recommend these.
Grandbaby is autistic and usually breaks a good amount of the skinnier small crayons each time we color (I do too) so these are great. Glides across paper leaving color. Not like other ones. Have lasted much longer already.
These are the way to go for toddlers, not too easy to break into a bunch of little pieces like the regular crayons. Or get lost in the laundry. I've washed countless crayon pieces that have been confiscated and stuffed into a pocket and forgotten about, only to remember when the dryer cycle completes. Plus I have fun coloring with them too!
Great size for Toddlers! I think this will help boys more than girls. Girls have a better control of fine motor skills than boys from age 1 to 5. My son is not breaking crayons when he is trying to draw due to under development of fine motor control. He is only a toddler and is having a better success rate making marks, lines, & scribbles. With 19 years as a preschool teacher I really like these Jumbo Crayons. I would dare say it should be helpful to a child with fine motor issues or pincher grip problems. Nice and big jumbo crayons and for chubby little hands!
I LOVE these jumbo crayons! These are fantastic to use in my Pre K Classroom. They are easy to teach children to hold them correctly. Jumbo crayons last much longer than the large or regular size crayons and do not break very easily. I definitely recommend these for children in EC, Pre K and Kindergarten! My only complaint is that you can only order 5 boxes at a time. I have ordered them twice and still need more for my classroom as they are very difficult to find at any store. I would gladly order 20 more boxes so that all of my students would have these instead of the large size crayons that several of them have already broken in the first few weeks of school.
This is a very cute set, lots of good colors. They are durable and perfect for preschool/toddler hands. Make sure you supervise your kid with them. My foster daughter got into the crayon been in bit the tips off of them. She spit them out, but still, lol!
Perfect for little 3 year old hands - the price was perfect which is why I get these things from Walmart.
These are classic crayons for toddler to around 5 or 6 years old. They are always the best choice for ease of use and quality wax used. The problem I'm having is when they roll off the table and hit the floor they break easily. I don't think they are made as well as they used to be 20/30/40/50 yesrs ago. Be careful not to let them roll by potting them in a box or bowl when using the crayons.
We usually love these crayons but when we got them in our pick up order, they were all broken. I was shocked to see that since usually crayola brand holds up.
