Jumbo Pint Tilt-A-Swirl Bigleaf Hydrangea (Macrophylla) Live Shrub, Green and Red Bi-color Flowers

The hydrangeas came well packaged and arrived just a few days after ordering. (3 crickets tagged along for the journey, so I hope they're enjoying their new home.) I've attached photos of the flowers a few days after delivery, and some 2 weeks after. They're not really meant to thrive here on zone 9, but they're in the perfect spot to get only 4 hours of sun, and then they are in a cool shaded place for the remainder of the day. They're doing very well. I gave them a week to acclimate to the heat and their new home before transplanting them to a pot to avoid shocking them. I will say that they were VERY root bound. It was very compacted and difficult to loosen the roots; almost impossible without damaging its roots. Hopefully, that was a one-off. I'd still buy from this supplier. !
