Great for a home computer!

MrLorenD March 4, 2025

Upon initial usage I think this laptop will do just what I was looking for. I needed a laptop to write papers, surf the web, email and play some basic time killer games. This won’t be able to handle any serious gaming but it will handle some time waster type games. It will be a family computing computer for doing homework and being a basic home PC. The touchscreen is great and the ability to fold the screen completely back and use this like a tablet is going to make most of its use case much more enjoyable. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a gaming computer keep looking, but if you are looking for a great laptop to be the basic family home computer then this would be a good device to meet your needs.

Sleek designed, all in on compact laptop...

ApocalyptoAltapate March 1, 2025

The aspect ratio is just enough for what I needed for my daily routine of laptop use either at home or in office or even on the go. The screen size is what fits to my gaze based off of my office PC being at the same size. The graphics are good and matches to comfort the eyes. Built-in memory of 640GB is enough for my needs. CPU and 16 GB DDR4 speed of processing is a breeze for everyday surfing and productivity at my office. The casing is sturdy encasing all in place with no clumsiness. The color of this machine is nice to look at. Camera locking feature is handy and much needed for safety and privacy. Brightness, volume controls and speakers are all good enough to assist in day-to-day activities on this laptop.

Love this computer and all of the performance features it comes with. The only complaint I have is that it advertises that it comes with one year of Microsoft Office, but when I went to register, it was only a 30 day trial!!!

Great, expect one issue

mystyk May 2, 2026

It's a good laptop. I have one singular issue with it though, sometimes the screen sensor will sometimes glitch I guess and it will start glitching really badly, it does it when I move the laptop in a certain way. When it does that I can't do anything but turning it off and on usually seems to work to fix said glitch.

Not worth it.

Mike August 10, 2026

Within the first week the touch screen would have issues to where I had to disable it as the computer wouldn't work otherwise. Also, within a couple months the touchpad/mouse has cam unattached and is not usable and sticks up at an odd angle. This computer has sat on the desk and is still falling apart. I do not recommend.

When I turned on the computer to start it up within a minute it froze. I switched it off started the process again and it froze again. I could never get it to complete the startup process. Useless product.

Jumper 16in

The screen is bigger enough but the battery is not good. Not holding up on the charger. The battery is full of charge and was working on the computer about 2h30 or 3 hours and reached 15% of power

Worst Customer Service

TonyOrtloff April 27, 2026

Ordered and delivered August 2025. Computer won't stay connected to WiFi. Contacted Walmart. Was told to contact Company. I've sent three emails requesting help with warranty work. No response. Only number I can find is in China. I bought the extended warranty. The extended warranty is no help as it is still covered under factory warranty. Here I sit with a computer that doesn't work. No help from Walmart. No Help from Manufacturer and No help from extended warranty.

Keep the Box and Receipt

Callie March 24, 2026

I tried to return it but threw the box out so they wouldn't take it. I thought this laptop was a great price for what it featured. The camera is horrible. I had to do interviews and it was embarrassing how poor the webcam is. It pretty much has to be plugged in to work. It doesn't hold a charge. The touch screen is iffy. It's very heavy. The one time I really needed it to work at a coffee shop with my mentor, the software just keep glitching and for some reason the time had to be reset which should be a nothing problem but seemed to wig out the laptop and took like 20 mins. I'd try your luck like I did, get the warranty and please KEEP the box. I'm hoping I can sell it to Best Buy, get something else and eat the difference. Oh and the speakers sound like a $5 portable speaker from Walmart. The way they're angled on the bottom of the laptop just muffles any sound. Please do not buy this Ali baba laptop.
