Broke handle the very first time I used it
Wouldn't recommend purchasing this bag given potential quality issue. I legitimately owned the bag for a day before the handle ripped. I had a hoodie, keys, my wallet, gloves, a hat, gum, and a water bottle in the backpack and it ripped while I was holding it by the handle. It didn't even slowly break down, it instantly ripped off and it's not like I was talking on it or overloading the bag.
