[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to get the quick release bar rather than the standard bar so I could have more control over how I use the JumpSport during my workouts. A bar is important for me due to an eye injury - it's quite easy for me to lose my balance if I'm not careful. I'm aware that it may be a bit loose compared to a more permanent (for lack of a better term) bar, but the JumpSport is so sturdy in and of itself, I never feel unsafe. It's a bit more expensive, but the versatility was worth it for me.

They get a little anxious in stormy weather and sometimes become bored. I let them jump on my exercise trampoline with supervision. However my knees tend to start hurting quick from the impact of jumping. Using this trampoline to do my jump ropes and other jump exercises have greatly helped decrease that pain. Its sturdy and feels safe. It has good bounce to it without being overly bouncy. I feel the construction on it is very well done! Will use this for the foreseeable future!
