Purchased this primarily for stability option which is perfect. Product is very stable and secure. Be sure to allow room for the 50 inch dia. trampoline. It is working well for injury recovery, lymph drainage, balance and for working muscles in general. Assembly of the framework is a snap, but significant strength is required for attaching first few elastic cords. Since this product design will also be attracting older buyers (who are very grateful for it!), it really would be a good idea to let people know it may be necessary to receive assembly help from a younger or floor-agile friend. It is already providing me help I need to move lymph, improve mobility and strengthen muscles in general. I am very happy to have this product for convenient use 24/7 in my home.

My friend who's a pilates instructor recommended this for cardio, lymphatic drainage and cellulite reduction. There are a ton of videos on YouTube you can do with this. It's fun and a great workout at home. Even if it doesn't remove all cellulite (because let's be real, it's a part of life and nothing to fret over:) This trampoline is a lot of fun and you can't help but smile while you jump around. The bar is a nice feature and I'm even having fun tiring my 7 year old little girl bounce on it. Anything to get some energy out! (Can I have some?) It's nostalgic for me too, lots of time spent on a trampoline as a little one. The Stamina team obviously care a lot about taking care of their customers and I truly appreciate such excellence these days. I am very happy with my Stamina at home fitness trampoline! I read reviews on a lot of rebounders before deciding on this one. I didn't want to pay a lot since I was new to rebounders, but I wanted a sturdy one that I would feel safe on. I am a 65-year-old grandmother and am in good health and pretty good shape but I'm not a young gymnast! A lot of the reviews I read said the trampolines were bought for children, so that concerned me. Also at least half the reviewers of different rebounders said they were very difficult to open and assemble. Most people said you needed two people to put it together. Another consideration was the handrail. Even on this one, there were complaints about the handrail being flimsy and not sturdy. So, after comparing several mid-priced rebounders, I narrowed it down to this one. I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try to put it together by myself. It was extremely easy to open and to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it completely together by myself, including the handrail. I have yet to hear a squeak from this rebounder. It is absolutely silent. It has perfect tension and bounce, not loose at all, but not too rigid, either. The handrail is made well and feels study enough, but, when assembled, it isn't as tight and locked in place as it should be, but that may be because I don't have it screwed in tight enough. I want my husband to look at it to see if it can be tightened more. Even saying that, though, it is sturdy enough for me to use it and is not a big issue for me. I may even eventually take it off. Hopefully, my balance will improve with use so that I won't need it. So, I am very pleased with this purchase. I have recommended it to 2 people already, and I've had it less than a week. This trampoline passed the test on all on my major concerns with flying colors. You can't go wrong with this one!

I love this trampoline. I'm older and it helps with my balance. It's very quiet.
