Sorry, not a happy customer.
The product was sealed with the product solidified inside. I removed the two solid pieces put them in a plastic bag and commenced beating them until they were granulated enough to apply to an ear if corn. I'm not impressed and because the product was obviously solidified prior to shipping I feel that a refund would be nice or a replacement jar of the product. Wish this review was positive but your product is pricey and sadly defective. Wish now I would've taken a pix of my two lumps of ?
