We like the chair but not Federal Express
It was easy to assemble. The only problem we had is that it was shipped by federal express and we have a clearly marked driveway. It is a long driveway and we cannot see the road from our home. This should be obvious to the driver. However every time they bring an order, they leave it at the road where it could be taken. It's a hassle to try to straighten out a refund for a stolen package. All they have to do is come up to our house and deliver it. Amazon has no problem. Why Federal Express thinks this ok is beyond me.
