Roll the rugs before shipping
Rug was folded , wrapped and shipped, had too many folds when spread on floor, would have been a lot better if the rug was rolled, the way you see them in the stores. Been a couple weeks and it's still not laying flat from the folds.

Wrinkled area rug
It came folded like a small package. When opened it it would not lay flat. I wetted it and still is all lumpy. Very disappointing.

Could not get wrinkles out from shipping. Even after machine washing and drying flat, wrinkles still remained . Pattern nice, quality poor
