I had so much fun with my autistic daughter, hatching our first dinosaur egg. It exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It is A very well thought toy.

If you're debating this toy, stop. It's worth every penny. My 6‑year‑old nephew was instantly obsessed. We waited a few days after his birthday to open it since the egg only hatches once but the anticipation made the moment even better. The instructions were amazing — big, clear pictures showing exactly how to remove it from the box so the dinosaur “knows” it's hatching. Zero confusion, zero stress. Now for the sibling chaos. He's got 1 older and 2 younger sisters, and every single one wanted to “help” hatch the egg. The youngest grabbed the already‑hatched egg, took off running like she had a mission, and LAUNCHED it straight into the pool. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We managed to rescue it, and unbelievably, it was totally fine — the egg doubles as the dinosaur's display case, so it's sturdier than it looks. No cracks, no damage, no meltdown. When it hatches, there's a tiny bit of slime on the egg — just enough to make it feel like a real hatchling moment — but it wiped right off. Super easy cleanup. Mom PSA: YES, the dinosaur's volume can be lowered. • Press and hold the volume button on the back. • It drops to half‑volume (your sanity will thank you). • Hold the same button again for a second confirmation sound to fully power it down. And if your toddler inevitably loses the clicker — ours vanished while we were at the neighbor's house showing off the new dinosaur — don't stress. There's a digital clicker on their website, and any regular dog training clicker works because the dinosaur responds to the sound, not a special signal. Gor this as a gift for my 6yo nephew. It was -AWESOME-! The hatching took a whole, so it felt real. The cracking egg, the gel inside, I can't say much without giving away the experience, but I would completely recommend!!

My 8 year old grandson asked for this for his birthday. This lil dinosaur is a cool lil dude. It gets itself out of the egg. It does the commands. I told him to have this other crocodile toy to go up to it and growl. It had a very different growl for that. Yes I loved it too.

I recently got one and my family and I truly enjoyed the experience of the baby T-Rex's birth. And the surprise we had when we saw how much it interacted after birth was amazing.

My son really liked it. He enjoys playing with the dinosaur. It could have been a little more interesting to watch it hatch and had a prolonged fun interaction process to how to hatch the egg. But it was fine nonetheless. The tail won't stay on the dinosaur as well as I'd hoped.

I got this for my son for Christmas. It came already used. Box is completely damaged. Looks like it was taped back together and thrown back in the box!!! Extremely upsetting this even came to me this way especially for a $60 toy!!!!!! I ordered 3 other things and they all came in great condition. So whoever put all this in the bag together very clearly knew and saw the condition of this!

It it is definitely a really cute gift. Ours didn't come with the tail! That was a bit disappointing…. If it came with all the pieces … it would be 5 stars for sure.

Toy arrived with the egg broken haven't opened the toy yet and its already broken so disappointed.
