My 3 year old thinks this is the coolest dinosaur ever. It chomps and roars! As far as noisy toys go his roar isn't too terribly loud. It's loud enough for my kids to think it's awesome but not so loud that it drives parents crazy! My husband even has fun playing with this Dino. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Got this baryonyx as one of several birthday dinosaurs for my dino obsessed son and it has been a real hit! He loves the way he can make the baryoynx move and interact with his other toys and gets lost in his dinos for hours. My son could not be happier with his Baryonx! All of the details from its skin to its teeth are perfect and the little button that makes it snarl is so simple but so satisfying to him. On top of the snarl, the mouth opens and closes simultaneously when you press it. When it comes down to it, any dino loving kid would be happy with this toy!! My son is obsessed with dinosaurs, so as soon as he received the baryonyx he started to play with it and right now is his favorite toy he named him 'Lukidor'! the sounds are pretty good, the size is perfect for when he wants to take it to different places, so far so good he loved it!!!!!!! he is happy with the toy :D [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Bought for my nephew he likes it but the left arm broke after a day so now its super glued and stationary but over all not bad

My boys have had their Jurassic World Roarivores Baryonyx figure for almost one week now, and it's been a big hit! As a mom, I love toys that encourage interactive play,while also fostering an interest in learning. This toy does both. Like many kids their age, my boys have expressed an interest in dinosaurs for awhile. Though we have read many books about dinos and have many dinosaur figures, we hadn't heard of the Baryonyx before. Upon opening the box, my boys discovered a trading card with some information about this creature and it immediately sparked an interest in wanting to learn more. They then quickly took the baryonyx figure out of the box, and after easily attaching the creature's tail, they began to play. They loved that the figure roars like a real dinosaur and makes a chomping motion with its mouth when they push the button on its back. The size of the dinosaur is perfect for easy manipulation of the figure while playing, and its hard plastic has held up to hours of (somewhat rough) action. The Baryonyx Roarivore looks and sounds realistic, and has been chosen over many other figures they have in their playroom. It's definitely a great addition to any dinosaur liver's collection! My 4 year old son loves dinosaurs. He knew the name of this type of dinosaur as soon as he saw it (even though I didn't). He has carried it around for the last 5 days and makes up stories about it and his other dinosaurs. He loves that it is realistic looking, he can open and close the mouth and he can easily make it stand up. He also loves that it roars. The only downside for us parents is how loud it is; it has scared me a couple times when I wasn't expecting it. Despite the volume, I'm sure we will be adding more of them to our collection. This is a fun toy that both of my boys really enjoyed playing with! It has a button that makes it roar, while opening its mouth. There's a feature for it to be able to connect to an app on your phone, but we haven't had a chance to do that just yet. Definitely a good toy for kiddos who love Dinos!
