Cute to look at, but very cheap material. I guess you get what you pay for and very scratchy which I could not get my toddlers to wear no matter how cute.

there's no actual bottom to this dress , its just a bunch of strips and it looks nothing like the product image. you can see right into it, you need to wear shorts or leggings because of how god awful scratchy and pkasticy it feels and for any kind of decency. you'd think this is mean to wear over bathing suit bottoms but there's no way you could actually swim safely or comfortably in this. I'm very disappointed. dollar store quality, half of a dress . its half a dress . buy something else.

This item came with the layers of the net skirt horribly wrinkled…. It was unusable and was supposed to be a bday gift for my granddaughter ..maybe vacuum sealing is not the best choice for an item like this!? It could not be straightened
