I was in a pinch and needed a sub for eggs. This product overall had 5 stars, so I bought it. Not only is it expensive for this little 12oz bag, but I found the taste of this product horrible. I honestly don't understand why the taste has to be yucky. I have an egg allergy, and it's difficult trying to replace that. I LOVE eggs. I have found that most egg replacements have a bad, almost like chemical taste. That can't be good for you. Needless to say... I threw that garbage away.
