Delicioso
Outstanding flavor and so easy to cook! Just dropped it in the crockpot with meat, then shredded it up and had great meals for two days! I also froze the leftover broth it made. Yum!

Simple prep, delicious!
This was a delicious easy meal to prep. It normally costs me a fortune to buy the ingredients to make Birria, but this was simple, cost effective, and incredibly delicious. I especially love putting the consommé over rice and beans and serving it with my tacos.
