i love everything about this product! It's truly a delightful addition to my restricted dietary experience! They taste fantastic, cook perfectly, and have the appearance of bird eggs when cooked! Im allergic to animal proteins, however I cook for others also, on occasion I dont feel like making separate pans, and have slipped these in vs chicken eggs without any notice by the vegan haters! *Such a satisfying grin!!* So with a greater ease of use, no messy clean up, no accidental shell, with healthy nutrients/ingredients and versatility on their own,as well as for baking these are a win! The only part I would change is the cost its, a bit much, however so is everything else these days, and sadly more so with healthy things/food, this is a true statement. I definitely recommend keeping an eye on the skillet and a lower temperature as they cook quickly
We decided to give this a try after developing a sudden, severe egg allergy. We were honestly not very hopeful, but it is really good! The texture is so close to scrambled eggs it amazes me. They do get a little chewy when overcooked, and do not taste like plain scrambled eggs. But the flavor is great. They work really well for baking too. Better than any other alternative. I highly recommend Just Egg!
This is a great product, and it tastes just like eggs! My son is vegan, so I bought this to experiment and boy am I glad I did! I can use it in baking, scramble up some eggs, virtually any way of cooking that required Chicken eggs can now be vegan! It's an awesome product!
This a product that makes enjoying the taste of eggs possible for those in my case is allergic to eggs. Scambles or makes omelets like real eggs. You can use it as a substitute for eggs in baking recipes. Smmamr protein without the cholesterol of an egg. Takes a little practice to perfect it but it is wotth it. Guess vegan folks like it for their reasons as well.
I am allergic to eggs and this is the only product that I can find that has no egg (including no egg whites). It is expensive and I am very glad that the “date to use by” was in January NOT December as I found at another store and two dollars cheaper! I will be buying this from Walmart from now on!
I'm not a vegan although I eat a lot of vegan foods, I am however a lifelong vegetarian (just for reference in regards to food preferences etc.) I recently have started to feel really grossed out by eating eggs to be honest, for absolutely no reason in particular. I had been wanting an egg alternative and I actually really like this! I have used it several times now to mix with chopped up veggies for an omelet/scrambled “egg” kind of dish. It really is very good and is a good texture! Perfect if you're looking to remove eggs from your diet
This review may be a duplication, but please ask shoppers to check dates on Just Egg cartons... 1 was a week out of date, 3 were great! Delivery is only as good as shopper's attentiveness to detail. Now I need to return item to store... The rest of my order was great.
I have an egg allergy and I love being able to use these like you can eggs. they're not exactly like eggs but are pretty good substitute. They say they have about 13 servings, but I have found that they realistically have about four to five servings. Aside from their price, I'm really happy with being able to have something like eggs again.
When I opened one of the two containers a BLACK BLOB dropped out. BOTH of the containers were out of date - one had a use by date of September 11, 2025 and one had the date of July 31, 2025. This is not the first time I have received a past due date item from Walmart.
I have used this many times and I like it. Zero cholesterol and protein. But the most recent item was Disgusting! I originally thought it was strange that no matter how long I cooked it that it was still watery. I figured it would set up and I was just being picky so I added cheese to the top of a frittata I made. Nope, still runny. I moved some cheese off to the side and tasted it and it was sour! Horrible! That isn't the product I'm sure, it was the store. But I still am afraid of trying it again.
