The wrong variety was sent.
I ordered the shampoo for light colored hair and they sent me the shampoo conditioner for dark brown. I checked my order and I confirmed I ordered correctly.

poor customer relations
You sent the wrong order. I ordered light shades, and you sent brown, black. I have previously sent you several e mails with no response about replacing the Item. Today I will call discover and place a dispute. You should reply to your customer.
