If the price is the 10.99 it's perfectly great as long as wal mart or other places don't try force you pay more when they know it's for sale for the 10bucks they'll try get you pay 17 dollars if not careful don't be fooled by Walmart or anyone else it's 10.99 !

I had ordered this 2X before and liked the item so much that I ordered it again. I am happy with the quality of the product and the results.

It seemed darker than I remembered even though it was for lighter shades. I'm not sure if they changed the formula or what.

The shampoo is rather expensive for the volume that comes in the container and the container size has shrunken of the last couple of years. It does gradually cover graying hair as is intended. It will stain the bathroom surfaces of your shower, but that is easy enough to remove with shower cleaners containing bleach. It also leaves a slight residue on your scalp and face. If you do not use the plastic gloves that come in the box the shampoo will/can stain your finger nails. I normally use it once or twice a week for the last few years.

Walmart and the USPS combined to make this a complete disaster. Two and a half weeks anf they delivered to the wrong address. Walmart.com was incapable of getting it to me. I had my credit card refund my money and the product is nowhere to be found. Never use Walmart.com again.

Really good shampoo, but for some reason I feel the ingredients have changed in the last six months. It's not doing its job. I'm disappointed and won't be buying this product again. I have more gray hairs than black hair. ???
