Feels like a glass of wine or two, but much healthier. My husband doesn't drink and it's an amazing substitute.

Sleep improves
Relaxes me when I want to sleep. Not as potent as some other Kava I've had, but perfect for nice relaxed evening and sleeping

Good quality. Good calming agent
Good quality kava. Boil 20 min. (Though instructions say less.) filter %26 drink 1 cup. Good calming agent

this will be going back
Should've listened to another review mentioning the smell and bitter taste, it's bad. Sure you get a lot for the price, but it is much more work than micronized kava and I can't get over the taste or after taste. It definitely was not worth the almost 2 week wait on shipping to me with usps. I'll be returning it to get another my previous brand

Kinda smelly but works
Flavor was kind of weird, almost like feet. I have had kava plenty in my life and never has it smelled of feet, it did work as far as affects but I'd recommend getting the teas if you're gonna get kava from walmart
