I love this item even though I no longer have my menstrual BUT, it does come in handy due to leakage with bladder control. HOWEVER, it took a minute getting use to the slight thickness in the crotch area because it felt like I was using a small pad.

I am very very happy with my purchase! They actually work, bought a package of these and Hanes brand on the same day, Hanes failed by the 2nd wash they fell apart all 3 pair's!! Jms perfect after multiple washings they've kept their shape, waistband and comfort I have purchased 4 more packages since and I have recommended these to a lot of family and friends everyone loves them 😊 Thank you JMS

I love the fit and comfort of this underwear. It Provides protection for those leaks for extra security at a very reasonable cost. It can still be used with pads. The only concern I have is with the durability of this product. In the past, the quality at the seams was poor. The top seam would separate from the waistband causing runs and holes in the material. Eventually, it would fall apart and go into the garbage. This would happen even when hand washing this item. I am hoping the quality has improved and they will last longer than a few months. If not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars.

sometimes there will becan occasional brief that comes unstitched at a section of the waistband or leg. Ive reported this to the manufacturer %26 they've sent replacement garment. These are so comfortable you WILL forget you're even wearing them! NO CHAFING, BINDING OR CREEPING %26 PLUS THE ADVANTAGE - IF YOU HAVE A LEAK-YOURE THE ONLY ONE WHO'LL KNOW!

Fabric is very nice. Fit needs redesign Leg openings too large. Crotch area too narrow, Pads extend over sides of pantie so any leak would escape, Plus size panty needs longer length to accommodate larger tummy and rear end. lol These fit around body, but need more length. I would like waist to thigh crease area to be longer. The plus size makers need to reevaluate their patterns. Leg openings and armholes are too wide and long. Many arm openings come down to my waist! I am fat but not big bone structure! Maybe need more size selections.

These are fabulous on a hot day, keep you fresh etc., But do not last. Two of six purchased lasted two wears before the waistband detached from the panty. The quality of the workmandhip is terrible. This is a shame as the product would be amazing...if it stayed together.

The first time I got these they lasted like 2 years with no issues. I love them. They're comfortable and they work well and stay dry. I use them for light bladder leaks due to a bladder condition. Then I picked up a few more packs recently and holy quality drop. I'm lucky if they last me 2 wears. the seams come apart like crazy. idk what's happening with the quality lately but they're no longer worth the money unless you only need them for a temporary use.

I bought 9 pairs of these and 4 out of them have come apart at seams. They are definitely the right size but poor material. I do like the the extra protection they provide but I wish the panels came up higher on the pants. When you're sitting tends to leak out backside

Poor quality. I Bought these a few years ago. And I really liked them. Recently purchased 2 additional pkgs., and these are a complete waste of money. Flimsy material, waistband has poor quality elastic and they slide down, poor coverage for briefs, would not recommend these to purchase

The liner holds moisture ok but doesn't eliminate odor. They are okay around the house if you want freedom from pads but not when in public. I got a 3 pack for $3 so I will cut out the liner and use as regular underwear. Disappointed. But the underwear part is a nice fabric, the pad part is not bulky. Handwash recommended and line dry doesn't get these pants clean.
