I am seeing the results I was looking for, definitely very potent, small after taste during digestion; but I wouldn't expect anything less.

Started taking it for mild arthritis in my shoulders, hands and knees I began using turmeric plus curcumen capsules about 2 weeks ago and already feeling better. My pain has decreased and my hands feel less stiff. Will definitely continue taking it!
