I used to ballet and currently just do Pilates, weightlifting, and running. It is so important to maintain flexibility when strengthening so this leg stretcher has been perfect for assisting in that. It overtime in that you can use it multiple ways to stretch different leg muscles. What's also great is that it doesn't take up a lot of space so it's portably to bring along to my next race event. All in all I recommend this for all ages that want to improve their leg flexibility.

It keeps them busy and it helps with gymnastics training. This also makes an amazing gift for your little loved ones. Fully worth it!

I have been dealing with foot pain more often lately, so I really wanted this to work. When I tried it out, I was extremely impressed with how I could feel the muscles stretching. It really did help. From not having high hopes to being proven wrong, I am very happy. This may help me from having to attend physical therapy.

The cute pink color adds a nice touch, and I think it's perfect for kids, but works just as well for older adults or beginners too. While the foam on the handle is a bit thin and the material is kinda plasticy, it's still pretty effective for light stretching. Overall, this is a great option to gift young athletes or anyone wanting to try to be a bit more flexible. Thanks to Justice and Influenster for letting me try this in exchange for my honest review!
