The chair arrived a day early in one box. Assembly was just adding arms and back %26 plugging in the electric cords. My son put it together in 10 minutes with no problem. The chair looks exactly like pic. Its electric, rocks, swivels and vibrates %26 heats. It is a big chair-so measure to make sure you have room to fully recline . I added a lumbar pillow for back. The chair is everything they promised. If your on the fence- just get it! It's amazingly soft, comfortable and beautiful.

Excellent chair. Chords could be longer, especially on Remote. Juries out on how long the pockets will last before ripping, could use more sturdiness, like strong elastic banding on top of pocket.

This is so dang comfortable.. All the comforts of a luxuries of a recliner that I could ask for.. So comfortable.. And looks so nice.. Thankyou..

The chair is beautiful and comfortable. The size and color work just right in my tiny livingroom against my greige sofa. The box is really heavy upon receipt but once the chair is assembled, it is easy to slide around. I probably would have been better off removing it from the box before trying to get it through the door. Most of the assembly is easy. Follow the instructions for attaching the cords and tuck the lengthy cords under the Velcro cover. Position the chair near outlets if possible but the power cords are a good length. The box was labeled "1 piece" but unfortunately it wasn't. There are 2 pieces on opposite sides of the back that are supposed to slide on. 2 days later I still can't get one of them to stay on. They could've totally left those useless pieces off. They're more trouble than anything. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. I tried a couple of furniture stores before I decided to check Walmart. Their prices are over inflated and they didn't have nice color/material options. The salesmen were ridiculously pushy in the store and they charge hundreds for delivery. This chair was 1/3 of the store price, free and fast delivery and risk free with the return policy. I love the heat and massage features. My dog and I have fallen asleep in it for 2 straight nights. Everything you need is on the chair - cushy swivel rocker lounger, cup holder, phone holder, USB phone charger, and lots of storage under each arm rest. It's so comfortable, roomy, and functional that you can stay there all day and night but please don't. I work from home and admire it as I walk by during the day but I won't dare sit in it until nighttime. The mechanisms seem to work well. The heat works, the massage feature has several options and a timer on the remote. Vibration is loud enough to irritate my dog so I use it if I don't want him in the chair. It may not be as loud on carpet. I have an area rug on hardwood floors. The dog doesn't like when the chair is moving - reclining and raising the footrest - but those features are smooth and quiet. As you can see in the photos, the dog realized on day 2 that the chair wasn't a threat and decided to warm it up for me. He moved when I turned on the vibration. This was gifted to me but I chose it. I am a 57 yr old woman with my first recliner. This was long overdue. I would buy it again and I recommend it. I've only had it for a few days but so far so good.

Nice looking chair. Wide variety of choices on the remote settings for heat, vibration,. The stuffing to the foot rest is poor. I already can feel the wood frame in the foot rest. When reclining the wood is felt in the arm of the chair. The poor stuffing is my main comolaint.

This chair was very comfortable, loved the massaging but it was it was very large for my living space. I've had lots of difficulty trying to get this chair refunded it came the day after my purchase and I let the seller know it was too big It was delivered the bottom steps of my home. It's very heavy. I hash difficulty with the seller. I needed a. RANumber. Seller asked me if I'd accept 50% refund and keep the chair. I say no cause it's very large for my home. I did measure but I didn't account for the width of the arms. I lived the fabric it's very cozy

its a comfortable wide recliner i personally don't like the swivel and lowering the power reclincer takes a min. not as quick as manual bit it definitely is comfortable

The chair looks nice, but the heat on mine is not working and it doesn't want to open very well lov the chair looks nice, but the heat on mine is not working and it doesn't want to open very w well. I would love a refund because this is not what I expected.
