Material is to cheap for the price

It was easy to assemble. The directions were straight forward and the pictures were very clear regarding connections. So far it is very comfortable. Everything works (massaging, heat, reclining, lift). The reclining and lift are extremely quiet. This recliner, so far, not only looks good, it feels as good as it looks.

Nice chair. Worried some reviews said padding was insufficient. But I am pleased so far. The remotes could have better pictures, but learning them. Slept 8 hours with feet above head. Chair a little wobbly, might just be me getting used to it. No worries about tipping over. I am 6'1", wish foot rest was about 6" longer, but I can get used to that. And measurements were displayed on website.

Appearance is inferior. Faux leather looks like cheap plastic. Not comfortable at all. Measurement between seat is not as advertized. Mechanism is jerky and clunky when putting unit back to original position.

1st the positive, this chair is beautiful. Now the negative, the seat is hard, almost like sitting on the floor. JUUXO is a 3rd party seller through Walmart and I'm finding it almost impossible to return the chair. You have to email JUUXO through Walmart, and they say it will take up to 48 hours to reply. Well, they do not reply within the 48 hour window. I contacted my credit card company and reported them. My credit card company is now trying to contact JUUXO! And the 3rd negative; Reviews on Walmart's website! So many wonderful reviews of people who LOVE this chair, are these reviews lies??? What gives?

this chair is not comfortable. it does not have much padding. it makes my body hurt to sit in it for a long time. i tried to sleep in it. it made my arms go numb. i am trying to return it, but i can not get the company to get back to me about it. i would not recommend this chair.

Poor quality. Don't work correctly. And the company is giving us a hard time about taking it back.

For me the seat was very uncomfortable. Also the footrest was not long enough and my feet hung over. I am only 5'2". The heat and massage features were very nice.
