Love the chair , do not like the service ! They dumped at my door in the rain. I caught the delivery man. Said bring it in house or put it back in truck. Am disabled could not bring in 3 big boxes my self %26 if I was not home it was raining. They did the same to my neighbor large fire place dumped at door no door bell ring. He was home , he's disabled. Bad bad service

Love, love, love ❤️ this recliner. The massage and heating features are the greatest for arthritis. ,highly recommended

Not for tall people.
I am 5'8” tall and my feet hang off approximately 3-4 inches. “Big man” recliner refers to width of seat, not height of chair. The chair sits comfortably other than the length issue.

Not worth anything
Chair seemed great the first week but started breaking after that. Didn't even last 2 months before the brackets that hold the back to the seat completely folded in half. Made the chair reclined even when it was supposed to be all the way up. It's now at the landfill.
