I searched and searched all over the place to find all of the features that I wanted combined in one chair and by George I found it! It's a lift chair/recliner and so much more❣️ The features include: 1. Lay flat recliner, 2. Lift chair, 3.Massage, 4. Heat, 5. Tabletop cup holder with phone charger and most importantly, the overall comfort, it is truly amazing! Also, I love that the feet reclining can be controlled separately from the back reclining, for instance; I can let the back stay in an upright position while I let my feet up or vice versa and I think that is super cool! On top of that, the assembly was so simple, I put it together with no help and I am so proud of myself! Usually, I have to hire someone to assemble things but not this time and the pieces were not too heavy for me to handle. You all thought of everything with this chair and I must say that I am one proud owner, thank you all so much!
Very comfortable, appears to be durable and well made. Love the oversized length, feet don't dangle over end.
The fabric on this chair is very soft. I easily assembled it, as it comes, in 3 boxes. All the features work. It is very big in size. The cream color is even prettier than the pictures.
This Chair is GREAT it does everything it says
So far, we are happy with this product. Time will tell if it's durable.
Appearance is nice, but I probably would have picked a different chair for the price. My mother has a very similar chair from a different manufacturer, and I wish I chose that one. This chair's massage option is a joke. You hear something rattling around inside the chair, but you can barely detect a “massage” no matter what mode or intensity. The heat you feel is mostly your own body heat. Do yourself a favor, find another chair. I am being generous with my rating.
Chair description is not truly accurate. while it's comfortable, a person that is over 5.2, feet would hang over. Fortunately I am short, so it's okay for me. It is comfortable for both sleeping and watching TV. The controls are a bit confusing for me, I can't get use to having 2 controls for the foot rest and the back, one would of been better for me, but not necessarily for everyone. I have not used the heat control as it is just now getting getting cooler out. Overall, I don't recommend this for anyone over 5'2.
I wanted a chair with No Massageand No Heat. It's smaller than expected and very uncomfortable to sit in!!
This is a good lift chair but as a true recliner it is not. It does not tip back like most decent recliners do, yes it is comfortable yes it is easy to put together, kind of like putting a sectional couch together. Good points the wireless charging works great and on the lift controls you do have a usb and a usb-c port. The massage doesn't change much in intensity from high to low, goes more like high to medium-high. The heat is good. Would I recommend this product, yes it would be great for someone that has trouble getting in and out of chairs due to medical conditions or age or just trouble getting out of chairs at all.
Iam very disappointed with this recliner and would not recommend it. Before assembling the chair, I contacted the seller because it did not seem as soft or supportive as I expected. Based on that initial message, they classified my concern as buyer's remorse and offered only a partial refund. After their response, I decided to assemble the recliner and give it a fair chance. Once it was fully assembled, I discovered that the chair is actually defective. The backrest is not aligned correctly—the right side leans farther back than the left, making the chair uneven. In addition, the left armrest is loose and unstable. I provided videos showing these defects, but the experience has been frustrating. My concern is no longer about comfort—it is about receiving a product with manufacturing defects. For the price, I expected a well-made recliner. Instead, I received one with obvious quality issues. I also expected the seller to recognize the difference between a comfort preference and a defective product. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope the seller resolves this issue by providing a full refund, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.
