Following the size guide is essential in purchasing the right sleeve for you. I have had chronic shoulder and elbow problems for years. This is comfortable enough to wear at bedtime. It does exactly what it says. . . . . provides compression, eases pain and increases blood flow to aid with healing.

This sleeve that goes over the shoulder is much better than the ones that just come up your arm. Those were always rolling down and would cut off circulation. This one stays where you put it! I wish it had a different hooking system though. This one comes undone easily. A hooking system like on bras that have two plastic ends that interlock and snap together would be much better.
