So far everything looks good. The way FedEx delivers big packages always scares me, and the overall tv box did feel like it went through some beating by the time it got to me. But luckily tv had no issues and the quality looks great for the price.
I bought this TV on a budget for $298 and I love it. So far there are no issues and for a 58” QLED you can’t go wrong with it. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because it feels like you have to sim directly at the sensor to click through things. Not a big deal. 100% recommend!
Had to reset once every other week then started getting extra lines on the screen just after two years when ever you had closed captions on. Now the lines are permanently there.
Overall the TV seems good. Although Walmart failed big time. The TV is listed as 120hz and in reality, it only supports 60hz. This is very disappointing especially because the only reason why I bought it in the first place was that I thought it was 120hz TV. If you go to the JVC Products website you will see that it only has a refresh rate of 60hz.
I ordered this TV like 3 days ago I feel like it’s going to be a good one but idk yet because Walmart keeps prolonging my shipment. I’m not going to tell you about the other two experiences ordering TV’s from Walmart just this Black Friday that it was a night mare! Please check your TV’s before you leave the store! Somehow they are damaged!!!!
Damaged tv, opened and set up. Turned it on and see where the plastic holding the screen is defective. Of course since it was on sale they’re sold out and no exchange for a new one.
I knew that this was too good a deal to be true. The picture is horrible.Everything about it is horrible. It reminds me of the big projector tvs. So disappointed I bought two of them. This is NOT a QLED tv. Others that bought this -go to store and look at another qled to see how JVC is nowhere near the other brands. Do it before the return period runs out. I lost out on the Black Friday/cyber Monday sale when I chose.
All of a sudden a bunch of lines appeared while watching tv. Thankfully I purchased a warranty, but because it's so soon, the warranty is telling me to call the manufacturer and I feel like the runaround has begun. Shouldn't have to go through this already.
Owner this tv for 4 months came home and the screen stopped working. Looking like it was punched or dropped. There are lines all throughout the tv and the screen does not display picture anymore. I live alone and no pets so it's just a defective tv. Next time I buy a TV I will be buying a LG tv again and not skimping on the price. You get what you pay for I guess….. disappointing to say the least
i got the TV in August, picture and sound where fine. start of NOV the tv went out and will not turn on currently having to deal with JVC support department and they are giving me a run around on not helping at all. If you have this tv and it works good for you but i will not be buying JVC again.
