The TV is everything I thought it be. Easy set up great picture great sound. It also shipped extremely fast. Came a day earlier than expected.
I was a little nervous ordering a TV online and how it would fare with being shipped- but the experience was great. It was supposed to be delivered after Christmas, but came in a few days before, so I was able to surprise my husband. He LOVES this TV, and it was a great price for what you get.
I've had this tv for several months now. The tv was delivered promptly, no issues with anything broken. Was very simple to set up, done in under 15 minutes. The color is quality and the ease of use is excellent. I was hesitant for the price it was, but I have not been disappointed at all in this purchase. Highly recommend.
Very attractive tele- we almost decided against reading other reviewers about it having plastic footing. So happy when ours arrived it stood on heavy metal (no plastic) very slim outer band and carry weight. Nothing but excellent opinion of this purchase and Walmart shipping - customer care.
Did not have instructions. The picture is dark and the only adjustment at all is dark, bright, brighter. For some of the channels the picture stops 5-6 inches all the way around this leaving me feeling like I might just as well have gotten a smaller tv. I have TV's that are not even smart TVs that allow you to adjust the size etc of the picture as well as many adjustments for picture quality, lighting, size, sound etc. This is really disappointing to me. I'm really very surprised that no one mentioned these things in their reviews. I don't think the picture quality is all that great either. I'm having regrets about this purchase.
When I first received the TV it worked great then after about a month it would not connect to my DVD player and cable box and would show no input connected is it plugged in? I'm to the point now the TV is 2 months old and useless unless its a streaming service. maybe I received a lemon but I'm still unsure of the TV. Initially I purchased the TV on the reviews I saw on here but still falls into the "you get what you pay for category" for me.
Bad System, ROKU disrupts NEWSMAX TV DELIBERATELY, Shiny screen, OFTEN GREEN HASH SCREEN must unplug power to reset, TERRIBLE SOUND must have reciever/amplifier connected for creating usable sound volume. Wanted alternative to Samsung/Google BAD Teck but DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Did I Say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
This television started acting up several months ago, only I thought it was the television station until it started happening on all the channels. the TV is less than a year old and it's almost unserviceable. I have contacted JVC warranty a company called ESI I think. it has been a week and I've had no response. I've never had a TV in my entire life that crapped out as fast as this one. I thought JVC was supposed to be a good brand but apparently not.
Bought last year and 10 months later, already have issues with the picture quality. Reached out to JVC support multiple times online but never got an answer to resolve the issues. Should still be under 1 year warranty but oh well....Time to buy different brand then.
We bought this in Dec 2020, it is now Oct 22 and everytime it starts up there's lines through the screen. So this TV is already messing up and it's not even been two yrs yet. We won't be buying anymore JVC products. I bought a Sony back in 2015 and it still works perfectly.
