The good news is It's water based The other news is that is the “gel” component of the mixture is basically missing from a texture experience. I would like the gel to provide a somewhat less aqueous or water based sensation

Expensive but longer lasting
longer lasting. The silicon makes it a drier but longer lasting feel. Very expensive relative to passion's product.

Not differently packaged. Completely different
not the same formula. Walmart indicates that they are the same product, but may be packaged differently. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PRODUCT!
