False advertising.
This is not "KY Turn up the heat" as pictured but rather the same "KY warming Jelly" you can buy off the shelf at Walmart now. This product is nowhere as warm as the "KY Turn up the heat". It is false advertising.

They sent me wrong item. I contacted Walmart.com spoke with customer service. They were supposed to contact the seller to get my money back. I have never received a response very disappointed.
