Good noodles
I really like using these for pad Thai, they work well! Be sure to let them heat up in a little oil before you try to start pulling them apart. If you don't, they just break into little pieces

Better choice
This was a experiment purchase as I was looking fir a healthier noodle for a quick fill. Taste is great but I is singular and this was a double portion so I wasted half. Other than that its worth buying and a healthier alternative to the noodles we buy.

Convenient but not well executed.
Good taste and texture, but the noodles did not separately as well as the package instructed. Instead, the noodles broke into bits. It was more of a hash at that point rather than a noodle dish.

Noodles don't hold up. Don't waste your money
I won't buy it again. I followed the cooking instructions exactly but the noodles broke apart into tiny pieces. I had to make regular noodles to mix in with all the veggies in the pad-thai dish I was making. This product is a waste of money
