Arrived scorched and droopy
These white flowers arrived brown tipped and scorched on nearly every flower. The stems were wrapped in little plastic baggies that all the water either leaked out or had decayed matter inside which made stems black and woody not up taking any H2O, fatigued, wilted, not useable. The box was only single cardboard uninsulated holes open letting in hot air not keeping flowers cool and hydrated. They need to change the packaging to survive the journey.
