It does last 1 1/2 mos/tablet based on flushing 5-7X/day. The chlorine scent, which is light, will dissipate if you don't use toilet for a while. I put only one tablet in, because I wanted to see how long one lasted. So, a pouch of 2 WILL last 3 mos.

Our toilets were always dreadful looking. All I have to do now is clean out the toilet put the Kaboom in and let it work for 90 days. The toilets are clean. It's great.

Works wonders!
Quickly gets rid of brown stains in your toilet bowl that you can't remove with toilet cleaner or scrubbing with pumice stones. Has a chemical scent, but not bad.

I have had Kaboom for quite a few years. I have three bathrooms and Kaboom keeps them clean as it works every time you flush. I would give it the highest rate possible.

I love this product!
When you purchase the installation kit, it is easily installed. Package said safe for septic systems. Refills are easy to drop into the installed system. Removes built up water stains! Amazing!

Not what is used to be!
We have been using this product for over 20 years. I have complained about this before but no one the Church & Dwight Co. seems to care enough to answer. In the past, the tablets would dissolve within the 3 month cycle. The toilets always remained clear and clean. Not so any more. At the end of the 3 month cycle over half of the tablets remain in the holders. The clean toilet mode only lasts for about 4-6 weeks, then the algae growth begins. Somewhere in the recent past the formulation must have been changed, probably to save some money. I would rather pay more and have the original formula tablets that actually work. Looking for a replacement system that will work. Save your money.

Do you like to clean toilets?
Kaboom does a good job cleaning toilets. The only time I have to clean is when I forget to replace the tablets.
