Fantastic electrolyte!
Outstanding electrolyte mix! Light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The balance of sodium, magnesium, and potassium is spot on for recovery after sauna sessions, contrast therapy, or intense cardio. Dissolves easily, no artificial aftertaste, and the lemon-lime flavour has a clean, natural profile. An absolute staple in my hydration stack now.
