Excellent knife
I love this knife. It replaces on I had that was very similar. This handle is solid with no cushion like the old one but the old one fell apart on the soft part so I think this will last longer. Lightweight and easy to use. Love the sheath. Great product.

Good replacement for the "old" pink 6.5" Santoku
This is the closest knife I have found to the "old" pink 6.5" Santoku knife . The tip is not as angled as the discontinued pink santoku but it is a good replacement. I bought a second one before they discontinue this version.
